Home Doctor — a Polish medical startup/clinic offering teleconsultations, home visits and in-clinic appointments. The service is positioned around fast access (teleconsultation “even in 15 minutes”) and outcomes like e-prescriptions and sick leave notes.
BACKGROUND
The challenge was behavioral, not medical: getting adults and young adults to switch providers and complete a form-driven declaration, despite inertia, perceived complexity, and distrust toward telemedicine. We launched with a hero spot, then scaled the message through creators and a digital rollout: full-length on VOD/YouTube, cutdowns on Facebook/Instagram.

“You can sign up for Home Doctor without leaving home — see how easy it is.”
We made the sign-up (declaration/form) feel simple and non-intimidating by showing the process step-by-step and framing it through clear, everyday benefits. The tone was intentionally modern and “swaggy” to feel native for young adults.
